As a Prime Sentinel: She has been altered by nanite technology that gives her super human strength, speed, reflexes, and endurance. She also has flight capacity, regeneration to repair any physical injury/damage she receives, and several projectile weapons, including high energy power blasts, as well as electrostatic poles built into her forearms that generate massive amounts of electrical energy. She has limited technopathy and machine control, due to being able to "find" information from machines, and having the ability to control nanites in others' blood. She also has life-support technology built into her systems
She is able to dampen or disrupt the powers of mutants around her. She has a combat computer, which allows her to compensate for surprising events (say, the arrival of police cars) faster than normal humans. Finally, her programming may use the natural personality of the host to lull unsuspecting targets into conversation, at which point she can dampen their powers and kill them.
NOTE: Nicole is a PRIME sentinel, not an Omega Prime like Karima Shapandar. The difference: Karima and her type are prototypes. And Nicole is not a prototype, which is why she retains all the powers previously tested in all successful types of nanite produced Sentinels.
History: Nicole was born to a regular human family that did it's best to get along in this ever changing world. In her teen years her first love ended up to be a mutant. Interested in this, she took up study in the field of genetics.
During the Onslaught incident, when humans became more fearful and mistrusting of mutants, Her love apparently turned against everyone, using his mutant powers to destroy everything around him, and nearly killing her. She awakened in the hospital, unaware that Zero Tolerance had forcibly modified her into an Sleeper agent. Strangely, she had never been activated durring their operations, for whatever reasons remains unknown.
She carried on with her career, becoming a full fledged nurse still studying in the fields of Genetics, with a cruel twist.
She originally took on Genetic study to understand the mutant Gene. After what her lover did to her, she continued to study it to find a way to 'fix' mutants of the horrible affliction, so that others wouldn't have to suffer as she had.
She met Nostra at her office, excited to meet such a high esteemed person who's beleifs mirrored her own, she found herself wanting to get closer to him, to learn more about his practices in the field.
In reality, Nostra controls her via nanite tech in her body, manipulating her into serving him as her nurse, and secretly as his bodyguard.
Though her servitude is programmed into her, she still works under the belif that she does it to help her personal quest of finding a cure for the mutant 'affliction' to make the world a better place.
