A character sheet is basically to tell everyone Who your character is.
Dealing with comic books, some characters have been around for ages, and have huge histories. They also have a lot of opposing information.
We do NOT expect you to have a complete biography on your character.
We DO expect that your character sheet covers the fundamental aspects of your character.
You don't have to list each individual thing they have ever done.
But you should list each thing that has made them specifically who they are.
Show us what motivates your character. Tell us who they are.
We can copy and paste bios from places such as wikipidia, or even official websites. As long as you place a link to the page you copied it from. Give the proper credit were it is due.
ORIGINAL characters are another matter though.
Since there aren't any 'back issues' for people to catch up on, we need original character sheets to give us every detail possible.
(This also helps in the approval process.)
