History: Marcus Richman graduated form New Your Universary with a Bacelor's degree in Business Managment when he was 30, working for a business in New York City for 2 years he really didn't like it much the employer wasn't very nice and it was really bad at time and very stressful Marcus decided to quit and move on. A friend of Marcus had told him about Gotham City and the city had some pretty good for jobs for secretaries, with a good amount of skills. He moved to Gotham when he was 32.
Once he was settled in and started looking for a job it took Marcus about a year before he found work. He ended up getting hired at Wayne Enterprises as has been working for Lucuis Fox's persona Secretary for the past 12years and he has enjoyed working with Lucius Fox. In Marcus's eyes Lucius has been kind and fair to him and av ery good employer.
Marcus pretty much knows his way around the city he tends to stay in the main business area of the city doesn't like to venture to far form where he lives and works. If he has to venture to other parts of the city he can geta around fairly good, but if he is not familiar with a certain area of the city and is unable to find the business or home he is easily confused , he is one not to ask for help doesn't like to burden anyone, after a certain time frame Marcus still can't find the business or home in the part of the city that he is not familiar with he will ask for help.
Marcus is fair at fighting but he doesn't like to fight unless he really, really has to. Never believed in fighting it didn't make any sense if there was problem one would think to talk out the problem instead of fighting it out.
