I have noticed a universal confusion when it comes to a couple points, all revolving around CoA, and the time skip to the new board.
So, to help you gage time issues, CoA itself lasted Months. At least 6 months, possibly even up to a year. We had people experimented on, trained, brainwashed... you can't do those things in a short time frame.
When CoA ends, the mansion is destroyed, and the X-Men rebuild in Frisco.
So, time skip, After CoA, to the new board, is 3 months. (took time to build the compound before they moved in.)
Any questions? Comments? Concerns? Points I might have missed that characters wrote in CoA side plots, that should be considered in these calculations?
Feel free to Speak up on this.

Well... just to clarify...
you said COA lasted from 6 months up to a year...
Now, I hate to ask a stupid question here, but Pheonix DID reverse the clock for that right? (my understanding at least). Otherwise, peeps would have 6 months/a year of lost time and I doubt that'd be ignored.

Time was reset as if it never happened, but Half of the characters do remember it, so they should know how much time was spent there before it was set back.
I saw Duncan refer to it in a post with Kami as 'weeks' which is inacurate. We could never accomplish what CoA did, in just weeks.
So, for those that do remember, months were spent in Apoc times.
For those that don't remember, it doesn't much matter.
