N.P.C. is The Terror
While little is known about his true identity, The Terror was once known as one of the most evil supervillians to walk the planet in the 20th century. He began his career of evil in 1925, where he would use his scientific mind to spread terror. He has been known to machines like "The Weather Master," "The Chiller," and "Rolling Death Disco 2000." No corner of the globe was safe from The Terror's reign of terror. After a sighting of his gigantic mobile base being seen in Hershey, PA in 1978, where he tried to melt the town using a giant magnifying glass, he vanished for years.
Since then, he has re-emerging only a few times and attempted to rekindle his reign of terror. Only to be thwarted several times by various super-powered do-gooders. After being defeated so many times, he vanished again. Still, evil never rests, and there may come a day where he will try to once again seize the world in terror again.
To this day, no one is entirely sure how The Terror as survived for so long. He lives and operates in a giant, mechanical, spider-legged base. Though a bit out of touch with current events, and with questionable health, he still a mediocre force to be reckoned with. To those that have worked with him, they claim that he is 'old-fashioned,' in that he is chauvinistic, racist, and thinks that Hitler was a punk with no fashion sense.
