The Question: What voice actor would YOU picture voicing your OC's? The Task at hand: List 'em down and give some reasoning.
Here's what I got... thusfar. I'd include some Audio, if I hadn't just blown 10 minutes searching for non-spoiler clips of Azula.
Conduit : Strangely enough... I'm having a hard time pinning him down. On one hand I'm tempted to go with David Kaufman, known for his work as the Ectoplasmic teen on Danny Phantom, Yuri Lowenthal, the Teenaged incarnation of the Hybrid Hero on Ben 10: Alien Force, or Will Friedle, AKA Ron Stoppable, Terry Mcguiness, or the Teenaged Blue Beetle (though Ron might be a bit self-assured and Terry too bad-assed)
FireKat : Grey DeLisle From the Lovable (and overworked) Frakie on Fosters, to the evil Babysitter Vicky, and even to the downright scary little girl Mandy on Grim & Evil... miss DeLise has a rather large resume. The voice I'm looking more along the lines of is a modernized 'mean girl' variation on the Feared Princess Azula on Avatar: the Last Airbender.
Eledore Mouring/Damien: I'm tempted to go with Alex Zahara... but that choice might be somewhat biased considering he's the English voice actor for Lockon Stratos/Lyle Dylandy, the charrecter used in his current Sig.
Slimeball: Noel Fisher Slimey's primarily based off of the X-men evolution version of Toad, so why shouldn't he have Toad's voice?
Dr. Nostra : Mark Hamil Luke Skywalker has lent his voice to countless Animated series, Ranging from the Maniacal Joke on Batman: the Animated Series to the calculating Firelord Ozai on Avatar: the Last Airbender. Personally, I'd like to see the 'good doctor' done as he potrays Mr. Selatcia on Metalocalypse, just sounding Raspier and older.

Oh Now this does sound like fun. Hastur: There was one and only one choice for this one. Carrie Savage, who did an excellent job providing the voice of Rihoko Amaha in the Witchblade anime. In addition to being cute beyond words, the scenes when she's crying damn near break your heart everytime. www.youtube.com/watch?v=5UjgJ0pkZ4o Theres a good example of both her speeking voice and her distraught, tear enducing tone in the clip (prepare to cry at 3:30) Sundance: Either Bridget Hoffman, for her voice of adult Nia in the epic anime Tengen Topp Gurren lagann, given that she does such a great job displaying both airheaded clumsyness and feminin Hot Blooded Badass determination. The other choice would be Stephanie Sheh, who portrayed the voice of Orihime from bleach. A sample of Orihime's voice for the uninatiated Seere: Hmmm...shapeshifting seductive young woman. Well endowed woman with a penchent for nudity. A traitor to her cause, shunned by formar allies. Wait for it... Kissaki: I went with Olivia hack, since I always pictured Ty lee from Avatar:last airbender as Kissaki's voice. Probably because I found her cheeriness just a lil' bit creepy. Girlzilla: This was hard. I had a very specific idea in mind for what I wanted, and finding just the right tone was a pain. Most female voice acting sounded to womanly for what I wanted. Worse, I wanted to give alice a soft speaking voice, and anyone who has listed to soft speaking voice work will note that it often comes out sounding very breathy. Which is something I didn't want. I wanted her to be gentle, but with the capacity for firmness and strength, for the moments when she goes World of Cardboard and kicks some serious tail. And in my ponderings it came to me. The voice of alice the fact that gohan from the scene has all the insecurity and girl communication issues of Chris only add to the fun. Alice getting ticked off for extra fun, replace Chi-Chi with firekat. And of course, Alice in combat and sure, why not. imagine the big guy being green, and wearing purple pants.

Wow, that's a thinker... Ion: I'd have to say Robin Atkin Downes. He's done a ton of stuff, like Castas from Star Wars: The Clone Wars and Prophet of Regret from Halo Wars. Yeah, their bad guys, but he's also did Cyclops in both X-Men Legend games. I know these two are "dead", but I they still deserve a voice.... Dove: That's easy. Shrill, arrogent, always complaining. Only one voice can do her justice.Bonehead: John DiMaggio, straight up. He's bascily Bender with an English accent.

Ok I am going to go ahead and put my OC's in this pot For Alyssa one voice came to mind Saya from blood plus i feel at times they both have that same kind of spirit. they both have sad histories and uncertain futures and neither can help what they happen to be. so for Alyssa Kari Wahlgren is perfect also she voiced Robin from Witch Hunter Robin. www.youtube.com/watch?v=lNRgB2fjHwkI have a second OC she is still being worked on hopefully she will be making herself known soon. Her name is Cecily Graves and she is a Necromancer she has abilities like no other necro born. so I can only think of one person for her Laura Bailey. the voice of Lust in Fullmetal Alchemist. that voice would be perfect www.youtube.com/watch?v=IVgBxsN0o1gSorry the videos are so long but those are my two OC's and hopefully Cecily/Lust will be up and running soon.

time to bump this up....
Slayback : While he is technically not my creation, to my knowlege he has never been featured in any speaking roles in any Marvel Media (Only being in like 6 issues will do that to you, reguardless of having a Toy). My pick would be Steven Blum. While he is best known for his Roles as Spike Speigle, and lately Wolverine... he is a versitile actor and after hearing his take on Zartan in G.I. Joe resolute (Complete with a British/Australian accent and that lovely psychotic edge)... he'll fit the bill nicely.
Daga Huesa: It's a bit tricky here, figguring who could work. In the End, I think Tara Strong could pull it off. From a list of her credentials, she's been able to pull of psycho, bossy, and have an accent (Even IF she did voice Bubbles on Powerpuff girls)

For Kami here, it's a tie...
Alice suggested Wendy Lee...
Sample (listen to the brown haired girl) :
Which isn't bad. I can see it working. For the Younger Kami... before COA version...
Of course, the tie is Kirsten Vangsness Sample:

I'm going with my 'model's' voice actor Masaya Matsukaze.
Sadly, I can only find him saying one word... over and over again... But the voice and the face are both perfect here...
