NPC is Jonathan "Sledge" Hammer
A low rent thug for hire, Sledge doesn't care about much beyond his next meal, or maybe his next lay. Lately he's fallen in with a crime boss who goes my M as his title. M wants the fear of God put into the citizens of Hell's kitchen, and a little bit of rape and murder will go a long way towards that. Sledge is all too happy to oblige, just as long as M keeps him supplied with his Jayd.
Under the affects of Jayd, Sledge demonstrates enhanced strength and endurece, at the cost of some measure of his sanity, and a very short temper.
Sledge is six foot six and weighs 250 lbs. He's built like a linebacker, tall and broad, with very pale skin, and pronounced dark blue veins from steroid use. He has a shaved head and chin, but both generally show a couple days growth of hair. He wears black biker clothes, and carries a chain wrapped around his right arm.
