A child of Germanic/French dissent, Candice Geiger was placed into a special 'institution' by French authorities after the manifestation of her dangerous 'gifts'. Locked up in what was essentially a Nuclear reactor and hooked up to various generators, Amoral scientists planned to use her abilities to help power France for the next half century. Breifly liberated durring what she has dubbed 'le cauchemar' (or 'the nightmare' in her native toungue), she has once again returned to her place of internment, to sit and suffer in a massive concrete coffin.
Geiger posesses the unique gift connected to Radiation. She is able not only to naturally produce, but also absorb and re-direct varrying wavelengths of radiation, but suffers none of the dire effects of overexposure. She also posesses the gift of flight.
She is roughly 5ft2, 98lbs. She has dusty-Blonde hair. Her eyes are green. She wears a black costume with Grey boots, fingerless gloves, and shoulder pads. She has the radiation symbol displayed across her chest. This is outfitted with internal dampers and an inhibitor to 'shut off' her powers when she isn't needed.
