He's an unkempt slob with brown hair and yellow eyes... his skin allready has a sikly olive tone to it. When he fully embraces his ability... his flesh and hair take on a slimey green tone tone, his eyes completely turning yellow.

Personality: About as repulsive as his hygiene. He's an arrogant little suck up with a big mouth who's constantly vying for approval. Something which his cowardly nature nearly constantly derailed.
Likes: Money, the ladies, approval
Dislikes: Soap, cops, pain
Strengths: Unique and imaginative use of his attributes (often motivated by either his enlightened sense of self preservation, or attempts to impress someone). There are rare moments when he can be somewhat courageous, however these are limited to moments when he thinks the odds are in his favor, he's again trying to impress someone, or he wants something.
Weaknesses: Personal Hygiene, big mouth, lack of a spine (figuratively and literally)
Powers/Weapons:
Chuckie Grimes has developed the unique mutant 'gift' so to speak. His body has taken on a protoplasmic consistency. In this state, he is not only able to control his density (from as fluid as water to as hard as silly putty), shape, and size, but is also highly resistant to damage. In instances he has been able to re-form his body after it's been blown apart.
Through a limited form of shape-shifting, he's also able to form clothes from his body. (Because we can't have teen-aged boys walking bare-ass-ed )
History:
Chucky Grimes has always been a sniveling little twerp. His prostitute mother brushing him off to 'work', he's been in constant trouble with the law, and local riff-raff during failed attempts to roll with the big boys. This changed slightly upon the development of his mutancy. While he thought he had gained respect, in reality he was just being used as a mule and scapegoat.... able to steal things for them, and distract the cops as the 'unruly mutie'. This ended badly for him following one of their capers, where due to the intervention of 'bigger muscle', he found himself 'on ice', and thrown in the special juvenile detention reserved for his kind.
Now, abandoned by both his Mother and so called 'Friends', he's left to stew alone, fitted with an inhibitor collar, in a cell specially fitted for his attributes.
