Catching up with her, they end up having a night of passion.
Dawn will not tell Darrian the truth of who he is, she must lead him to find it on his own.
As they part the next morning, Dawn gives Darrian Lucifer's Halo.
Darrian can feel Heaven and Hell within himself, and knows that he can call them. He uses Lucifer's halo to do just that.
After a breif confrontation with Ahura Mazda and Lucifer, Darrian proved that he was not afraid of them, and won the confrontation by breaking Lucifer's Halo. The Halo turns to gold when it shatters into pieces.
Upon returning to regular reality, he travels the world seeking truth and himself.
In a bloody battle between angels and demons, he sees his 'reflection' the horned god fighting beside him in battle.
After the battle, crazed, he denies what he feels is true, and demands the truth from Dawn, threatening to kill her if she lied to him.
His self doubt hurt her more than his threats, and she began to cry, as she only cries for him.
Disgusted with himself, he leaves again, still searching.
