Powers/Weapons: Even Though she has power Cecily falls in periods where she uses guns bat even knives and hatches. She is not trained fighter but has used each weapon enough times to be pretty effective with them/Necromancer: Cecily is one of the most powerful Necro Hybrids. She can raise zombies, sense the dead, sense vampires and lycanthropes, estimate their power level, and can resist (at least partially) mental influence from vampires. Particulars that set her apart from other Neroc‘s:
Cecily's zombies look lifelike and can fool the untrained eye, including "healing" any sign of decay or injury.
She can raise zombies that are centuries dead, and in later books can do so without human sacrifice.
She is one of the few Necro’s who can act as a "focus" to combine the powers of multiple Necro‘s.
Cecily can raise vampires (during daylight) as if they were zombies. According to Claude, this is a rare ability. After raising a vampire, she can heal any wounds as if it were a zombie.

Her necromancer abilities refer to the ability to control all types of undead.
Cecily is also able to call and control the spirits of dead werewolves (munin). She has particular affinity for the spirit of Raina and can channel Raina's healing abilities. Cecily also wields the abilities of both Vampire and Werewolves all of which are separated. Her Vampire Essence allows her to change into mist mesmerize people with her eyes she can also tell if someone is lying to her by eye contact. When she uses her Vampire abilities to long her appearance changes she grows fangs her skin becomes glossy white. Werewolf essence gives her a strength, speed, agility, and endurance. But as with the Vampire abilities if she uses them to long her appearance changes her hands become skinny her nails grow 9 and half inches and become razor sharp her hair and eyes change and her nose becomes slightly more like a dogs nose and her ears become pointy and the ends. Her changes in Necro is that her skin becomes pale on top of her other changes she gain no other abilities and she can be over powered very easily as her she has very little strength and moves very slow. Lastly she has the ability to wield a rare form of magic which she can use in conjunction with all abilities but the werewolf one. she can only tap into one of these abilities at a times and depending on how long she remains in that dictates rather she can use another or not. If she uses one ability long enough to change she cannot not use another state for a 24 hour period and the time starts when the last state ended. She is immune to poisons and the effects of all super natural creatures but if they are strong enough she can be influenced mentally .Cecily can be killed just as her mother was. She is weak against mental and most magical attacks when turns because of overuse of one ability she gains there weakness they are not fatal at first but if she stay in that one form for a days time they do become fatal even after she turns back she must stay away from those things for as long as she was turned.

The changes came when her father Harold Graves who was the head doctor in a psych ward in Metropolis was transferred to Bloodhaven a job he only because of the increase in pay would insure in family well being all the way through college. When they arrive in Bloodhaven she is 16 her brothers Kyle and Justin 18 and 21 and are both still at home even though Justin was in college and Kyle was about to start. The back bone of the family was always the mother Alice who was a nurse who worked with Harold and that was how they meet. Cecily Graduates High School at the age of 18 and her father quickly tries to get her to follow in his foot steps taking her on tours of the ward even showing her some of the patients. On they're last trip to the ward Cecily is hit in the head after leaving her father office before passing out she remembers hearing her father begging that she not be the one. When she wakes she is tied down into a chair hands strapped to the arm rests and a clamp the was around her neck hooked up to the back of the chair the clamp was to make sure she could raise or lower her head she could only look straight. After a short time in the dark the lights come on and she sees she is face to face with hear fathers head she screams so loud that she loses her voice for two days. from that day forward she is beaten and tortured and when she wasn't she was forced to watch as other in her family were. Of all her captors Cecily only knew two by name Gregory the one who always checks on her and the Nurse Harvest the one who did all the torturing. Her brother Kyle dies when his heart gives out during a session she could barely handle it mentally she felt as if she was going crazy but with Justin help she did make it with her mind intact and they swore to each other they would make it out alive. One night after what she thought was her roughest session her powers kick in but being so weak she could not take advantage after seeing this they move to a special cell seem to keep her weak all the time but she was tortured less there which made her happy. The Breaking point in came when she found out her own mother was Nurse Harvest and she pulls from behind her back not just her fathers now very decomposed head but her two brothers and they all cry out to her in pain and she snaps her mother throws the bloody remains of her brothers heads in a corner and embraces her Daugherty. Alice sits Cecily down and explains to her that she was a lot like her when she was young but her mother could only give her the gift of magic by forcing her to study the magic book the Monock. In there was a generations spell which fuses the abilities of a person blood line into her she gained her vampire powers from her dead uncle and her werewolf powers from here grandfather and her magic from her mom. Her mother further explains that she had to kill Cecily’s father because he did not understand that it needed to be to one of the kids and her brothers because they could not be broken and their since of right and wrong made them weak. Alice tells her she is to be known as a balancing point that the world was becoming over populated and that she must got out and kill that is why she gave her all the powers she could and why even though people would want to kill her they couldn’t because if they did it would through off the balance of life or so they believe. After a short silence her mother takes her throughout the ward and her mother teaches her to use her powers as her own mother taught her by killing the patients. Once Cecily finishes the last one her mother burns the ward to the ground and her and her mother begin killing at first what seemed like random turned into serial killing. To the general public it seemed like they were killing regular people in fact they were not they were killing people in the magic field one that belonged to the Ishaud a group that had killed her grandmother. After killing the son of the leader of the group Cecily and her mother were hunted down and they put up a fight but in the end her mother was killed stabbed in the heart by a dagger made from the spine of an old creature long forgotten and she was put in a special straight jacket with incantation on it that kept her from attacking. They locker in a room with the same spells on them and while starring in the mirror she begins talking to herself and she even begins calling herself be different even though she does not have split personalities she does it anyway. A member of the Ishuad known as Claude has taken an interest in hr studying her and found her to very unique in many ways. He has soon come to the conclusion that she should never be free because she has the ability to bring forth the end of the world
