1)Stunning they stun her target
2)Binding they create a energy chain that wraps around the targets body
3)Killing it kills the target
History:Alyssa was born an a small island that was formed of the coast of San Francisco. The name of the island of Lurrymain was named after a great man that once saved the people of the island from a great evil. Even Though it is considered a part of the United States it retained most of it independence and they remain simple folk living off the land who are very superstitious.
So When she was born and her powers flared she was banished at first her parents were against it but after hearing that if they did not agree to the banishment the child would be killed they agreed to it. The Night of the banishment her parents ask if they could go with her but since they were not considered evil they're request was denied.
They watched as they placed their only child into a wooden raft and couldn't bear it any longer as they heard her cry they ran toward her. Her father was killed by an arrow shot to the throat. Her mother kept going the raft was released into the ocean the currents take it. The Mother reaches a boat and pushes it into the water as she does she is hit by three arrows in the back but she makes it into the ocean. she reunites with the her child and bring her aboard her boat.
They make it to sure as the mourning sun rises and Alyssa mother finds her strength was leaving as she steps from the boat with her baby she steps upon a beach. The beach patrol notices a wounded woman with a child and runs to help her and reaches her just as the last of her strength gives out.
Her mother looks into the man eye and speaks telling him she was the second daughter of the king and once came over to learn of the world. While here she had fallen in love with a man from here. She had no idea where his family were and had only one wish that her daughter would grow up safe before dying she named her daughter Alyssa in there language it means light of the world.
Alyssa grows up as an orphan with James and Maria Mourning-glade family. At the age of Ten she starts feeling different from her family like he doesn't belong and a pulling toward the beach. As she gets older the feeling grows until her family Tells her what they knew of her real mother.
Going to the beach she find the spot her mother died and her spirit appears to her. Her mother tells her not to go to her true home as they would her her on sight. Her mother tells her why and of what happened to her father. Alyssa learns of her fathers family being in the states and she vows to find them. After telling Alyssa she loved her and hearing in return her spirit disappears.
Alyssa not fully understanding of what her people thought was a curse she left it it out of what she told them even though it was a bit much for James he and Maria's love for their daughter gave them faith she was not lying to them .The search for the Harrison family begun with the help of her adoptive family.
A week before thirteenth birthday they had finally hit pay dirt she found her fathers sister who's name was also Alyssa and she also lived in San Fransisco. Their first meeting was unnerving for both. She finds that she has cousins but the only one at home of the two was Silva her brother was away.
Alyssa visited her aunt every chance she got she even invited her to her and her cousin to her birthday party hoping to get closer to both. since she was the only child the Mourn-glades had she always wanted a brother or sister that maybe her Silva and her brother could have that type of bond.
Silva always felt cold to her but she felt that she could were her down. Alyssa's birthday went by with no problems and as Maria the birthday girl and her aunt were finishing cleaning Alyssa catches eye of the moon and feels a surge of power flow through her. stepping outside her sight goes blurry and her skin begins to tingle and she blacks out.
When she awakes her mother is standing above her and she was crying. The very next day she is at the doctors office getting checked up but they could find nothing wrong with her. Her aunt asked her family if she could help Alyssa through this period in her life but they refused wanting to believe she would one day revert back to the way she was.
Another year almost passes as and the Mourning-glade's finally allow her aunt to help. Alyssa learned the basics of her powers a little after her fourteenth birthday. One day at the mall she get involved in a battle with a group of heroes known as the Teen Titans. She helped the get rid of demons. She is invited t join the team and accepts it. Her Aunt attempts to talks her out of it at least until she had mastered her abilities if she had known it would be the last time she saw her aunt she might have stayed but she left. After she gotten herself together in the Titan Tower she goes back to her aunt's house to find it empty with a note on her aunts bedroom door saying prepare yourself girlie.
