As a commander in the Nazi group called Millennium, he has received training in multiple forms of Combat, this includes Tactics as well as hand to hand training. He often carries a luger pistol and a medieval sword with him, as well as an old-style pocket watch.
He also possesses genius-level intellect, and is well versed in historical combat and tactics. He also possesses the ability to absorb and emit varying wavelengths of solar radiation, as well as immunity to its effects and the powers of flight.
History:
Willhelm Heller is reportedly the grandchild from one of Millennium’s original members. His father, Johann, volunteered to be experimented on in one of the groups many efforts to create Aryan super soldiers… Project Apollo. Out of all of those experimented on with varying Mutanegenic and radiation treatments, his father was the only one to out-live the initial stages of the project, only to later be riddled with varying forms of cancer. He died within a year’s time; however despite his exposure to radiation he remained virile enough to help conceive a child.
Gifted from early on, he was trained and educated by some of the smartest soldiers left in the organization. However, shortly before puberty, another Gift became present as he began to emit radiation at steadily increasing levels. Until he learned to control his abilities, he was forced to live out most of his teenage years in a specially designed room to contain the Radiation given off from his body, continuing his studies and training with a minimum of human contact. This is likely the cause of him developing slight anti-social quirks. Upon his emergence he was inducted into Millenniums army, and soon rose to the rank of Lieutenant.
Personally, he feels that the Majors current plans to begin an unending war are a foolish waste of resources and the lives of their soldiers, which could be put to a much better use in achieving the goals of their Forefathers. He has secretly contemplated plans to seize control of the organization, however being all other agents are monitored he would not dare attempt a coup.
The Major and the Doctor cannot keep as easy ‘tabs’ on him as they can with the others, as his powers would short out any chips implanted in his body (the same reason he keeps an old fashioned pocket watch, as his powers will short out all electronics over time). As such, he is normally escorted by at least one ‘bodyguard’ on missions.
